Tattoo pricing, how much is too much?? Help!

SO I have a few small tattoos and they were all only the price of shop minimum ($50) so I don't know howuch is too much or fair for the tatt I want...I want the size and placement of the tattoo below without any of the star shading in it with the flower of that tattoo below that one. Can anymore please help a new by to big ink out?
